Make Harm Reduction Kits with Huskies for Housing

Huskies for Housing is an RSO dedicated to advocating on housing issues, particularly homelessness, in the UW community. We work directly with the local unhoused community to provide support, including collecting donations and advocating to local leaders. In the past, we’ve run bake sales and clothing exchanges on campus, partnered with local businesses to collect donations, and hosted educational events on campus.

For this activity, we’ll be assembling harm reduction kits for the local homeless community, which help keep people safe and healthy. It will be a relaxed, fun atmosphere where you can learn more about housing advocacy at UW and meet some cool people. We hope you’ll attend!
