Come connect with other physics students at the Society of Physics Students (SPS) Ice Cream Social and Demo Show!
At this event, we will provide ice cream and snacks. We will give a brief talk on SPS and the physics department before jumping into several rounds of physics themed team jeopardy and a team tower building competition (there will be prizes!). Finally, we will end on a demo show, during which we plan to showcase fun demos such as a tesla coil, levitating superconductors, a vacuum cannon, and so much more!
1:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Snacks + Intro Presentation
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Jeopardy + Tower Building
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Demo Show
