Solar Telescope Viewing with AUEG (Astronomy Undergraduate Engineering Group)

Join us for an afternoon of solar viewing with AUEG! We will have telescopes (equipped with safe viewing filters) showing off beautiful features, such as solar flares and sunspots, of our sun. Our officers will also be present to talk about the club and answer any questions. We hope you can join us!
The Astronomy Undergraduate Engineering Group (AUEG) is an RSO dedicated to working with, maintaining, and also hosting trips to UW’s Manastash Ridge Observatory in Ellensburg, WA. We have various projects involving Arduino, radio astronomy, and coding to help improve the observatory.
No experience is required, no application necessary. All majors and backgrounds are welcome!
