You will be introduced to the world-famous Troll\, hangout with the massive statue of Vladimir Lenin\, and visit many unique shops\, cafes\, and restaurants. At one point\, Fremont Bridge had a Writer-In-Residence\, where a writer would work all summer perched above the Lake Washington Ship Canal. DESCRIPTION:The Chinatown–International District is the center of Seattle’s Asian American community. Within the Chinatown International District are the three neighborhoods known as Seattle’s Chinatown\, Japantown\, and Little Saigon\, named for the concentration of businesses owned by people of Chinese\, Japanese and Vietnamese descent\, respectively. Like many other areas of Seattle\, the neighborhood is multiethnic\, but the majority of its residents are of Chinese ethnicity. It is one of eight historic neighborhoods recognized by the City of Seattle. DESCRIPTION:Don’t have quite enough homework after the first day of class to drop into CLUE for the tutors? Well\, why not join us for games and great incentives! Join us for the 15th annual CLUE trivia night\, hosted by your CLUE tutors! Study up on current events\, pop culture\, and random useless information. Bring a team of friends or come alone and we will assign you to a team for the competition. Sign-ups for the competition start at 6:30pm and the competition begins at 7:00pm. No late sign-ups will be permitted. Great incentives for first\, second\, and third place teams in addition to random participation incentives open to all in attendance! Husky ID card required for building access after 5:00pm.
